IJ Studios ARCHON 30 Adventure!
Well, we just couldn't pass up the chance for a bit of shameless self promotion of IJ Studios at "Archon 30" The famous Midwest scifi/fantasy/anime convention this October. We made up a bunch of the world's cheapest business cards and democratically selected which one of us was the one that would get the honored position of represent'n us at the con and when the right person didn't draw the short straw...we forced him to go.

Well this is it people the Gateway Center, the place where the magic happens. This is actually the rear cause they wouldn't let our guy in the front. I guess "Archon Sucks."was the wrong thing to have on a t-shirt.

This is what happens when a person has a lot of legos, a "Star Wars" fetish, and no life.

Long long ago in a convention center far far away.

What the...the USS Enterprise among the Empirial fleet? NOOOO!

See those signs that say "Do not touch"? Ya they mean it, We may never be allowed near those people and their legos again.

And it looks like the BCC is getting in the act, wow, even "xenomorphs" ph3ar the mad 133t 5ki77z of the Dalek invasion force.

Everything you need to invade a small rebel base.

"Wont you take me to...Lego town!

This place has lots of tracks and roads that don't lead anywhere, but lets face it, if you lived here would you really want to leave?

The whole floor was converted into a Pirate's Paradise

"Excuse me sir, have you seen where I misplaced my skull?"

Some the the guests traveled a looong way to get here.

Ah Mercury, sweetest of the transition metals.

Even the trashcans got into the cosplay spirit.

Yes that's right we arrested the world's greatest thief! In your face Inspector Zenigata Koichi.

Ah Jupiter the senshi with the most "talent".

Id' rather play with this pirate then the lego ones.

Here is many fan boys "Final Fantasy."

Ah so sweet, she loves her big brother so much that she wants the world to see.

This lovely cosplayer is in awe of the cheapness of our business cards.

In hindsight, we really should have sent him out in some form of costume.

One of these is the world famous Billy West found all over tv. What you never seen him? That's understandable as it's only his voice that's on television. He's the red m&m, Ren, Stimpy, Philip J. Fry, Professor Hubert Farnsworth, Dr. John Zoidberg, and General Major Webelo Zapp Brannigan. The last four being from the now reinstated Futurama, the Simpson spinoff that refuses to die. We don't know who the other guy is, some loser that likes ruining other peoples' pictures.

All in all it was a pretty good time, we gave out about 200 cards, and experienced a slight increase in listeners (maybe we should have put a bit more time and effort into our cards instead of making them on the spot). Got some swag, met some interesting people, some old friends, some new. Our promoter said much less people screamed, smacked him, and called him a pervert when he tried doing this here then at at the mall. If we are still around, we'll plan to do this at "Archon 31". Hopefully with more pictures, and maybe some video as well. Save Internet Radio!
